No Topper List This Year Too

Some of you might be wondering—who got the first rank? Or who is the topper?

Well, since the year 2018, the Tamil Nadu Board has stopped declaring the names of toppers. They believe this helps in reducing stress and pressure among students. Instead of giving ranks, the board now just tells which district or city had the highest pass percentage or centum marks (100 out of 100).

This is done to avoid unhealthy competition and make sure students focus on learning and not just marks.

Why Supplementary Exams Are Helpful

Some students may not pass every subject in one go. That’s okay! Life always gives second chances and the supplementary exam is one of them.

This way, students don’t have to wait a full year to move to the next class. They can take the supplementary exam, pass it, and then join their classmates again. It saves time and keeps students motivated.

What You Should Do Now?

If you gave the supplementary exams, you should check your result right now. Visit the official websites, enter your details, and download your marks memo. Share your result with your parents and teachers too—they will be proud of your efforts. If you have passed, congratulations! If you didn’t, don’t be sad. You still have more chances ahead. Remember, one exam doesn’t decide your future. Keep trying and never give up.

Final Words for All Students

To all the students out there—whether you passed or not—you should feel proud that you tried. Exams are just part of school life. What matters the most is that you keep learning and growing. The TN board has worked hard to make sure results are published on time. So thank you to the teachers, examiners, and everyone who helped make this possible. Now go ahead, check your result, and keep shining!
